1- New items to be updated soon

(before chinese new year!) New items includes

new designs of hairbands :D REALLY NICE !!!

2- A warranty/thank you card will be given

upon every purchase to thank you

for purchasing from us and for us to

fix your spoilt items within a month.

Terms & Conditions
1. Pay an extra amount of(in 1 order) to extend your warranty for a month
    1-3 item(s) - $1.00
    4-6 items    - $1.80
    7-10 items - $2.40
    Above 10 items - $2.50 flat

2. No FOC meetups for us to fix your items unless meetups in SACSS on school days.

3. Additional charge of meetups whether paid or FOC to fix your items = $1.50.

4. If you hand us your items to be fixed has exceeded a month(Even if it is a day) we will charge you at $1.50 per item

5. Not applicable for DIY items.

6. If your items are destroyed deliberately and cannot be fixed but have to be replaced (e.g. the hp strap tore, the ribbon/cloth has been cut, the rubberband tore etc.) we will not replace your items unless it is us who cut/tore your items so check when the items are handed to you.
If you really insist for your items to be replaced and extra charge will be added(Depending on what has to be replaced)
$1 for hp strap
$2.50 for hairband
$0.50 for rubber
The rest will be told when you pass us your items

7. No refunds of your money if you paid extra amount to extend your warranty but you did not use them.

8. Extend your warranty before it ends or we will charge you at $1.50 per item to be fixed.

9. Not valid for sale ~ But can fix on day of collection

10. Not valid for supplies ~ But can be fixed on day of collection

So it is free for us to fix your items within a month if your items fall off etc. For the extra charges we will tell you clearly so don't worry if we will overcharge you/cheat your money etc.

Terms & Conditions

1. No dead buyers.
2. No canceling of confirmed orders.
3. No late-coming. (10 mins grace if more than 5 mins, $1 charge every 10 mins, maximum 20 mins of waiting)
4. No exchange/refunds.
5. No NEGOs unless you buy min. $30 worth of items or otherwise stated.
6. Don't go MIA, you know the rules.
7. Bring exact amount of money or inform us an hour before the meetup for us to prepare the change.
8. Any photographs or information in our blogshop shall not be copied or altered in any way unless permission is given.
9. Breaching the T&C may result in being blacklisted.

Prices are all in SGD.

LovelyLandd reserved the rights to change the T&C without any notices.

Due to handmade nature of items, each item may differ slightly from the image you have seen on the photo.

Note: Please keep accessories made of felt away from water. Refrain from pulling the felt items apart as the felt might tear.
